David Dorris

David J. Dorris, 73, of Belleville, Kansas, passed away February 10th, 2022. He was born on February 3, 1949, in Mitchell, South Dakota, to Dale & Arlene (Eining) Dorris. David obtained his electrician certificate from the Mitchell Technical School, and worked his entire life as an electrician, from journeyman up to management.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Kathrine. He is survived by his children, daughter Tricia Hudson (Fred) of Belleville, son Wayne Dorris, son Aaron Dorris, son Heath Dorris, daughter Nicole Gallop (Matt) all of Denver, eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

A family memorial service will be held in Artesian, South Dakota, later this year, details to be announced.

Memorials are requested to the Republic Co. Hospital, and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
