Twila Kay Allsman, daughter of Lloyd and Ardith (Clute) Ebeling, was born February 23, 1952 at Belleville, Kansas. Twila attended schools in Belleville and graduated from Belleville High School with the Class of 1970. She continued her education at Brown Mackie Business School in Salina. Twila was married to Renn Allsman on April 26, 1974. They lived in Concordia, Kansas for many years. Twila worked in the business office for Bogart Foods and later for Girard Steel Manufacturing. In 1999 Twila and Renn moved to their home south of Belleville. She last worked in the Republic County Clerk's office. Twila enjoyed being out of doors. She loved to bowl and was a member of the Belleville Women's Bowling League. Her greatest joy was her family. She was involved in all of the activities of her sons and now with her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Twila lost her battle with cancer when she passed from this life Friday, December 21, 2012 at the Republic County Hospital, Belleville, Kansas. She was 60 years of age. Twila will be forever remembered by her husband Renn of their home; sons Manning of Belleville and Jed of Concordia; her grandchildren Nicholas, Mickaela, Hunter, Tristan, and Joclyne; her sisters Nila Ebeling, Dodge City and Lila Bradley, Forsyth, MO; brothers Leon (Karen) Ebeling and Dwight Ebeling both of Dodge City; many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Tibbetts-Fischer Funeral Home, Belleville, Kansas. Family inurnment will take place at a later date. Memorials may be made to Meadowlark Hospice of the Cancer Center of Kansas, Salina.
