Theodore Orie Williams, Jr., son of Theodore and Helen (Bates) Williams, Sr. was born on December 1, 1944 at Moberly, Missouri. He passed from this life at his home in Belleville, Kansas with his family by his side on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at the age of 67 years. He was married to Constance Smith on January 29, 1966 in Gardenia, California. While in California he worked as an electronic salesman until they moved to Belleville in 1977. In 1980 Ted founded Palleteers in Belleville. He and Connie sold their Palleteers business to C.A. Picard. Ted was general manager of C.A. Picard of Belleville, Kansas until he retired in 2011. He was a dedicated business man, but was most devoted to his family. Ted was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Earl Lee Williams. He will be forever remembered by his wife Connie of their home; daughter Kelley Ford and husband Charles and their son Zachary Palmquist of Wichita; daughter Mindy Weber and husband Kevin and daughters Kara & Hannah; son Tom Williams and wife Molly and their daughter Elly all of Belleville; his brother Jerry and wife Deloris, Temecula, CA; sisters Louise Bradley and husband Pat, Joplin, MO and Billie Jean Roth and husband Steve, Godfrey, IL; other relatives and a community of friends. Ted's wishes were to have cremation services take place and his family and friends cherish his memory.
