Sandra Ragland

Sandra K. (Allen) Ragland was born February 9, 1954 in Lincoln, Nebraska, to Dale and Marjorie (Riblett) Allen. She passed away on February 20, 2019, at the Republic County Hospital in Belleville, at the age of 65 years and 11 days.

She married David Ragland on September 26, 1996, in Belleville, Kansas. Sandra worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for much of her life, retiring in recent years to spend time with her husband David, travelling the country in his semi.

Sandra was preceded in death by her father Dale, and a brother, Mark Allen. She will be forever remembered by her husband, David Ragland, daughter Heather Patterson Meyer of North Carolina, son Christopher Patterson of Lincoln, Nebraska; mother Marjorie Allen of Belleville, brother Victor Allen of Belleville, brother Steven Allen of Lincoln, Nebraska, five grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Cremation was chosen, there will be no visitation. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2019, at 11:00 am at the Belleville Wesleyan Church. Tibbetts-Fischer Funeral Home assisted the Ragland family with these arrangements.
