Frank McCollum

Francis Harvey McCollum son of Ray and Lillie (White) McCollum was born May 25, 1938 at Belleville, Kansas. He passed from this life Friday, April 20, 2012 at the Belleville Health Care Center. He was 73 years of age. Frank worked as a switchman for the Rock Island Railroad. He was married to Betty Saip on August 9, 1993. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Betty in January 2011. He is survived by three children; Mike McCollum and Michele Peterson of Littleton, CO and Shannon (Laurie) McCollum, Topeka; step children Sid (Donna) Saip and Judy (Lee) Vizner, Belleville, Garland Saip, Las Vegas, and Wanda Ray, Las Cruces, NM; 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held 10:00am Friday, May 25, 2012 at Tibbetts-Fischer Funeral Home, Belleville, Kansas. Inurnment will follow in Belleville City Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
