Donald P. Romo

Donald P. Romo, 83, of Belleville, passed away December 19th, 2023. He was born to Benjamin and Ada (Davis) Romo on Novmeber 20, 1940 in Ninnekah, Oklahoma.

Don grew up in Kansas and then moved away to attend school. He got married and worked construction in Texas before settling in the San Diego area. He raised his three children, Roxann, Christopher, and Duane in San Diego and worked for the city as an engineer. He returned to Belleville in 1986 to be closer to his family.

Don is survived by his daughter, Roxann Romo-Jaggi, two sons, Christopher Romo and Duane Romo, 8 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Kingdom Hall on Saturday, January, 6, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Burial will take place at a later date in Grace Hill Cemetery, Belleville, KS.
