Charley Gene Novak passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 91, at his home in rural Narka, Kansas. The youngest of two children, Charley was born November 14, 1930 to Charles and Agnes (Popelka) Novak on the family farm where he also passed away.
Charley married Lucille Schemmer on March 19, 1957, in Oak Grove, Missouri. They had two sons.
Charley was baptized on September 17th, 1944, and dedicated his life to doing Jehovah’s will. He remained true to that dedication all his life, and used every opportunity to share with others his faith of living here on earth, when the meek will possess the earth (Psalm 37: 10,11), and when pain and death will be no more (Revelation 21:4). He was a kind, humble, and generous man, always ready to help others.
Charley is survived by his wife Lucille of the home, two sons, Charles (Rebekah) of Munden, Kansas, Keith (Jan) of Chilhowie, Virginia, granddaughter Emily, grandson Dylan (Morgan) of Rogersville, Tennessee, and great granddaughter, Eternity.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Lucille Blazek, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
